Why are you seeking elective office?

As a father of four and grandfather of ten, my main reason for running for office is to help ensure all of our children keep the freedoms they deserve and to protect the Constitution as I have for over 34 years in my law enforcement career. As an outsider, and not a career politician, I intend to defend We the People and protect the people from government overreach.

The single most pressing issue facing our (state, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it:

Election integrity. Without free and secure elections, none of the other issues in the United State at hand will matter. The Constitution and secure elections are the very backbone of our democracy and if we don't fight to keep our freedoms and prevent government overreach, this country stands to lose every freedom our founding fathers fought for and our children deserve. We are planning on sponsoring a bill for a full forensic audit. This is a non-partisan bill we want all votes to count.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

Qualifications matter! My 34 years of proven community service and upholding the law and defending our constitution, makes me a qualified, trusted and experienced leader.

If you are a challenger, in what way has the current board or officeholder failed the community (or district or constituency)

Republican leadership in the House of Representatives is lacking and that is another reason for my candidacy as they have not represented the voice of this community in many years.

Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform.

I am a strong supporter of Right to Life and protecting the unborn at any cost as well as the 2nd Amendment. Protecting our Constitution will always be part of my platform.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

I have held supervisory positions for the majority of my 34 year law enforcement career. I have supervised over 1,600 personnel at the Sheriff's Office and ran a DEA and FBI task force for over 12 years. Working with local, state and federal agencies throughout my entire career has given me that experience to make vital decisions that has affected the lives of the community that I served and protected. I have been honored to serve my community for over 34 years in this capacity and intend to continue serving my community in the House of Representatives.

The best advice ever shared with me was:

Do not be afraid to ask questions and research the question before giving a answer. Consult the best and brightest on each topic and take advise. However you must then make the best choice given with all the information possible . This was the best advise I ever received there are many people in life that are going to be better qualified, you must be willing to look at all options . But then make the best possible choices, and be able to defend your choices.

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I want to bring the people voice back to our local government. I want to represent my district and what is best for them. I intend on being accountable to the 36th Dist., and following our constitution. I live by God, Family, Country. and will never betray the publics trust.
