"Casa Pasha is designed for everything from a celebratory dinner to evening cocktails at the bar, with a menu and atmosphere that gives guests a reason to settle in for the evening and become regulars," Casa Pasha Owner Brandon Rubenstein said. "We always had our hearts set on Rochester, and having the opportunity to bring this concept to the community where we live, close to home, makes this concept very personal for us."
The new restaurant spans nearly 5,000 square feet and seats up to 130 guests. Its menu blends Japanese cooking techniques with traditional American dining.
Some menu foods guests can expect, include tableside Caesar salad, prime steaks and other elevated classics, served alongside cocktails, wine and sake.
Executive Chef Pawat Aiemsomang will lead the kitchen. The Thai native started as a dishwasher in his family’s restaurants at 15 years old.

"Japanese cuisine has been my passion for my entire career and Casa Pasha gives me the chance to share it in a new way," Aiemsomang said. "I think of our menu as a balance of fire and ice: wagyu cooked over flame on one side, delicate sushi on the other. My approach is simple, I lead with heart, technique and vibe. Being good isn’t enough."
