Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Art and Apples Sept. 9 at the Rochester Community House
Fall is in the air with PCCA's Art & Apples Festival, Sept. 11-13 at Rochester Municipal Park with Tribute Reception Sept 9.
Paint Creek Center for the Arts (PCCA) invites the community to attend the 50th Art & Apples Festival® Tribute Reception Wednesday, Sept. 9 from 6-10 p.m. at the Rochester Community House. The event features the screening of the Art & Apples Festival® documentary short film commemorating the 50th anniversary as well as strolling hors d’oevres, beer and wine and live entertainment.
The 2015 Art & Apples Festival® will bring together hundreds of artists along with live events, children’s activities, food vendors and new features to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of this three-day event, held Sept. 11-13 in Downtown Rochester. The revenue generated from the Festival and the Tribute Reception provides support for year-round art programming at PCCA.
More than 200,000 art enthusiasts and festival-goers will gather in Rochester Municipal Park for one of the largest juried art fairs in Michigan. Ranked 15th in the country, the prestigious event brings together artists from all over the nation and the world to a beautiful 30-acre creekside park, while offering something for the entire family.

As PCCA reflects on its past, the art center is bringing new and much-anticipated features to this year’s Art & Apples Festival®. Combining exclusive top artists from every genre with family-friendly activities including crafts, facepanting, rock climping walls and more, gourmet foods and a beautiful backdrop, the Art & Apples Festival® truly is a premier Pure Michigan event.
