Dining and Strolling in "The D" in the Spring for Rochester Hills Educator
Longtime United Way for Southeastern Michigan donor wins dinner for two at Roast in Detroit.

Rochester Hills resident Linda Engler becomes the third and final winner in the “United Way 2016 Triple Sweepstakes," initiated by the nonprofit late last year during Giving Tuesday. Representatives from United Way for Southeastern Michigan presented Ms. Engler with a gift certificate for a Romantic Date Night for Two at Roast, and a night’s stay at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit.
Linda has a longstanding history of helping others and giving back. In addition to her career as a middle school educator, she has been a United Way for Southeastern Michigan donor for more than 20 years. According to her, “Children are our future, and it's important to give back to the community. There is so much need.”
The Rochester Hills resident, who has never been to Roast, says that she looks forward to dining at the restaurant in the spring and walking in the city’s downtown.
