Emma Pfeiffer Avondale High School Co-Valedictorian
Top Scholar and athlete headed to U of M to pursue engineering

Emma Pfeiffer resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan with her parents Mark and Lynn Pfeiffer. Emma was named a Co-Valedictorian and Top Scholar for the Avondale High School Class of 2020. She has been a member of National Honor Society for three years and the Spanish Honor Society for two years as well as attaining Principal’s Honor Roll throughout her high school career. In addition to her academic achievements, Emma also excelled athletically as a member of the volleyball team and the track team. On the volleyball team for four years, three on Varsity, Emma also served as the Team Captain in her senior year. She earned the Purple and Gold Award in her senior year, MVP Award in her sophomore and junior years, All-League as a junior and was a Scholar Athlete four times. Emma was on the track and field team in her freshman year where she earned a Varsity letter and Scholar Athlete Award. Emma served on the Spectrum yearbook staff and was an Art Show finalist in her sophomore and junior years. She was also the recipient of the Best Technical Presentation Award in the University of Michigan Summer College Engineering Exposure Program (SCEEP) and received the Regents Merit Scholarship from the University of Michigan. In the fall, she will be attending the University of Michigan, to study either Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
