A Reflective Snowflake Solstice

The Paint Creek Unitarian Universalist Congregation (located inside The First Congregationalist Church's social hall) presents its eighth annual Winter Solstice celebration, which includes soloists, meditations, ritual, dance and visuals.  Guests (age 5-99) are invited to wear any combination of gold, silver or black apparel & footwear.  Why celebrate the longest night of the year?  Because myth, history, science and psyche weave together through rituals that began some 5, 500 years ago. Please consider this experience as a cultural celebration or being human rather than a religious experience.  Child care is provided.
