Abiding Presence Lutheran Church will be hosting
a free skin cancer screening for the public on June 3, 2012 from 11am to 4pm at 1550 Walton Blvd., Rochester Hills.
Heather Roebuck, N.P. and Steven M. Shumer, M.D. from Franklin Dermatology and Surgery Center, along with other professionals, will be conducting screenings every
15 minutes throughout the day.
The event will offer free samples of sunscreen, a raffle, an educational seminar and information material to take home.

There will be activities for the children such as a clown and face painting, and a special reading from a Reading Readiness professional about the topic of sun protection.
