Group Circuit Training/Functional Fitness Class

This 75 minute class will help you achieve your health and fitness goals.  Functional Fitness training is the best overall workout to improve both your cardiovascular and muscular strength.  Our classes sell out fast.  We only accept 8 clients per workout.  Two trainers (both with a degree in Exercise Physiology) will guide you through a custom workout to get you fit.  Call for details.  Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.


 


Equipment used but not limited to:  BOSU Ball Trainers, Stability Ball, Kettlebells, TRX, Free Weights, Olympic Weights, Medicine Ball, Ladders, Cardiovascular Equipment.
