Human Remains Found In Oakland County Wooded Area: Sheriff

They could not immediately identify the remains but did determine they belong to an adult man, officials said.

PONTIAC, MI — Police are investigating after officials found human remains in Oakland County on Tuesday.

The remains were found just after 10 a.m. Tuesday in a wooded area south of the Oakland County Circuit Court building, officials said.

Officials said the remains are in an advanced state of decomposition.

Officials did find a patient identification bracelet and were working to find the originating medical facility, officials said.
