JD Vance To Visit Metro Detroit Wednesday
It's not clear whether the event will be open to the public.
AUBURN HILLS, MI — Vice President JD Vance is scheduled to speak in metro Detroit on Wednesday, the White House announced.
Vance will visit a manufacturing facility in Auburn Hills. The exact location and time were not provided. It's also unclear whether the event will be open to the public.
His last stop in Michigan came in September, when he visited a metal stamping facility plant in Howell.

During that visit, Vance spoke about the economy, including President Donald Trump's "One Big Beautiful Bill." He also told Gov. Gretchen Whitmer "all you gotta do is ask" the president to send National Guard troops into Detroit, though the city's crime rates are declining.
