Over the next five weeks, ten performers — plus one previously eliminated talent — will ultimately make the show's finale in Las Vegas. The top 11 performers will then compete in a two-day finale on Sept. 13 and 14 for a $1 million grand prize and the opportunity to perform in "America’s Got Talent Las Vegas LIVE" at the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

On July 26, America's Got Talent aired Swiss' first audition, which was recorded shortly after the deadly shooting at Oxford High School. She stunned judges as she sang "Remember" by Lauren Daigle, a song she said helps her cope with the deadly shooting.

"When I sing ("Remember,") I remember the good, and I remember my community, my family, just the love, and I remember that it's all there for me," Swiss said.

Swiss also sang R&B artist Andra Day's "Rise Up" at a candlelight vigil for the Oxford school shooting victims in an effort to help the community heal.
