Popular Gastro Pub Opening New Oakland County Location

The restaurant is best known for its craft beers and comfort food.

AUBURN HILLS, MI — HopCat is planning to open a new Oakland County location.

The new location will open sometime early this summer at the Great Lakes Crossing along Baldwin Road in Auburn Hills. The new restaurant will take the spot of the former Bar Louie, which closed last year.

It will have space for up to 300 guests and feature a bar, outdoor and interior patio, private dining space, and more. The restaurant is best known for its craft beers and comfort food, such as burgers and its well-known "Cosmik" french fries.
