Rochester Hills Man Struck by Car in Domestic Dispute: Police

Charges are pending against the woman; her boyfriend is in stable condition.

Rochester, MI — A 24-year-old Rochester Hills man was hospitalized early Monday morning after his girlfriend allegedly struck him with her car in a domestic dispute, police said.

The victim called 911 to report the assault, which occurred in the area of Parkdale (24 Mile Road) and Letica, about 3:45 a.m., the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office told WWJ.

According to the report, the 22-year-old Shelby Township took off while her boyfriend was hanging on to the outside of the vehicle.

He is in stable condition at a local hospital, and she has been arrested.

Police closed Parkdale from Letica to Stoney Pointe to collect evidence, but the road has since been reopened.

Charges against the woman are pending.
