Rochester Hills Man Wrongly Touches Women At Beauty Store: Sheriff

A 27-year-old man is facing charges after police said he rubbed himself against three unsuspecting employees at a beauty supply store​.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — A Rochester Hills man was arrested Wednesday after police said he rubbed himself against three unsuspecting employees at a beauty supply store in Rochester Hills.

Dante Fermin Colon, 27, was charged with three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was placed in the Oakland County Jail with a $10,000 bond. If he is released from jail, he must wear an electronic tether, the Oakland County Sheriff's Office said.

Police said Colon walked into a beauty supply retail store on the 2800 block of S. Rochester Road and asked for help while standing near the men’s fragrance section of the store.

Colon expressed interest in a fragrance that was on the bottom shelf of the showcase, police said.

As the woman employee reached for the fragrance, Colon moved close behind the employee and rubbed himself against her, police said. He did this on three separate occasions, according to the sheriff's office.

Each woman noticed Colon was sexually aroused, and in one instance, he touched the employee six or seven times, according to the sheriff's office.

After speaking with the women, officials determined the touching was not accidental, according to the sheriff's office.

Officials obtained Colon's license plate number from his car and used it to track his location, according to the sheriff's office.
