- Rochester Hills city officials unveiled a new tile mural on July 12 at Spencer Park to celebrate 100 years of park service in Rochester Hills. The Centennial Tile Mural stands 4.5 feet high and 20 feet wide and is composed of individual ceramic tiles that were created by over 350 community members.
