Stoney Creek Senior Hit By Car; Critically Injured
The high school senior was trying to cross Tienken Road near Clear Creek Drive in Rochester Hills.
ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — A high school senior at Stoney Creek is listed in critical condition after she was hit by a car while walking home Monday.
Elisa Volcic was struck by another student from Stoney Creek while attempting to cross Tienken Road near Clear Creek Drive in Rochester Hills just at 2:30 p.m.
The 16-year-driver from Macomb County and junior at Stoney Creek was not injured, and Police do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.

According to a GoFundMe page, Volcic suffered a traumatic brain injury and several broken bones. Surgery was performed Tuesday to relieve pressure on her brain, but she is currently unresponsive and heavily sedated.
