The Village of Rochester Hills Prepares For Outdoor Art Gallery

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — The Village of Rochester Hills will be turned into an outdoor art gallery this weekend for the 18th annual Fine Art at The Village Art Fair.

The outdoor art fair will open at 104 N. Adams Road at 10 a.m. Saturday and run through Sunday evening, closing at 6 p.m.

72 artists from across the United States (40 from Michigan) will showcase their artwork, which includes ceramics, glass, paintings, drawings, multimedia, sculpture, photography, fiber art, wood, jewelry and more.

Children will be able to take part in several story-time events hosted by Barnes & Noble during the art fair. Story-time on Saturday will be held at noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Story-time on Sunday will be held at noon and 2 p.m. There will also be coloring opportunities for children to participate in on-site from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Guests will also have the chance to search the art fair for hidden eggs, which will contain $25 and $100 coupons that can only be used at participating artists booths.

The Village Main Street will be closed during the art fair. Free and easy access parking is available throughout The Village shopping center. The layout of the event makes for a spacious, attractive, and flowing route for art fair patrons.
