A man was killed and another man was arrested after a Wednesday night hit-and-run crash in Madison Heights, according to police.
MADISON HEIGHTS, MI — A man was killed and another man was arrested after a Wednesday night hit-and-run crash in Madison Heights, according to police.
Officers found a 40-year-old man lying on a road after he was hit by a car that never stopped in the area of Dequindre Road, south of Twelve Mile Road, police said.
The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he died, police said.

Investigators tracked down the car that struck the man in Warren and arrested a 32-year-old man in connection to the hit-and-run crash, police said.
Police did not release any names. Police said more information will be released after the man was arraigned.

Officials were still investigating the crash and asked anyone with information about the crash to call Detective Officer Randolph at 248-837-2736 or the Madison Heights Police Department at 248-585-2100.
