7-Eleven’s Cleat Crew Auction benefits Local Children

7-Eleven has introduced Cleat Crew™, a first-of-its-kind program where college football stars help raise critical funds for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals® benefiting local member hospitals throughout the U.S. Individuals were invited to join Cleat Crew throughout the college football season to participate in an auction offering nine pair of custom cleats designed by favorite college football stars and high-end streetwear designer, The Shoe Surgeon.

Michigan's senior running back, Blake Corum (#2), has teamed up with 7-Eleven, Speedway, and The Shoe Surgeon, to design a custom pair of cleats inspired by the athlete and the 7-Eleven family of brands. Bidding for Blake Corum's unique pair of cleats will open on Friday, November 24 at 8:00 AM EST. Proceeds will directly benefit Corewell Health’s Beaumont Children’s to provide healthcare services that make the seemingly impossible possible for kids right now and into the future.

About Blake Corum

A 2022 Unanimous 1st Team All American and Doak Walker Award Finalist, Blake Corum is one of the best players in college football. While leading Michigan to back-to-back conference Championships and College Football playoff appearances, he has racked up numerous other honors including Running Back of the Year and All-Conference First Team. Off the field, Blake is passionate about giving back to the community and has hosted multiple free football camps, Turkey Drives, and other charitable initiatives. He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, his dog, and visiting his family farm back home in Virginia. Blake is one of nine college football stars in the 2023 Cleat Crew.
