Celebrity Designer Opens Flagship Store in Michigan

"Manipulate your life as you see fit" is the mantra behind Royal Oak's newest street wear apparel retailer, The Dirt Label.  Set to open its flagship store on July 20 at 4 p.m., the retailer features an array of fashion items for both men and women and has garnered media attention from A-list celebrity customers including Lil Wayne, Lupe Fiasco and B.O.B. The intimate art gallery themed store includes original apparel from the Dirt Label design team, lifestyle brands and local Detroit designers.

Dirt Label founder, Chris "Critty" Morris has nurtured the label for the last four years fusing the worlds of fashion, art and imagery to build the brand. Morris states, "The Dirt Label already has a faithful online presence and we hope to continue to engage trendsetters with our flagship store in Royal Oak by providing an unconventional approach to street wear fashion.”

The Dirt Label is located at 319 S. Washington. The grand opening will take place from 4 – 7 p.m.  Event attendees include Royal Oak officials and dignitaries.
