Animal Shelter Reduces Fees in Holiday Adoption Event
Why go to a pet store or breeder when so many cats and dogs are available at the Royal Oak Animal Shelter?
ROYAL OAK, MI – If someone on your list has asked for a cat or dog for Christmas this year, there’s no need to go to a pet store or breeder to make the wish come true.
The Royal Oak Animal Shelter is offering a special holiday adoption event from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday at the shelter, 1515 N. Edgeworth.
Adoption fees have been reduced to $50 for cats and $100 for dogs, and each adoption comes with perks from local Royal Oak businesses.

The shelter said on its Facebook page that several cats and dogs are available for adoption. You can peruse pictures of them there.
