Emotional and almost incoherent he kept repeating Wolf was right, this town needs a Batman. Wolf is reportedly on his way to Lansing with a letter signed by the mayor and city manager requesting that he be appointed as temporary efm until a committee can be formed to reform a city charter with more holes in it than a Swiss cheese and an ethics ordinance nobody reads. After receiving the news three commissioners whose names cannot be released until families are notified were hospitalized with nervous breakdowns. Wolf states that he plans to ask for a special election where he will back Judy Davids as assistant mayor after the new charter promoting total transparency is ratified. He is also asking Lansing for the suspension of all suspect proposals to build or expand at the gateway, and inside the CBD until a thorough independent investigation is completed. Also to be investigated is if a city commission has the power to designate the use of city owned property,and if placing a moratorium on the number of liquor licenses on any given city block for public safety reasons are violations of the fair trade act..
