CHICAGO, IL — Voters in Michigan have had their voice heard in the GOP presidential primary, but the road to the convention has turned violent in Illinois on Friday night. The Donald Trump rally on a Chicago college campus was canceled at 6:30 p.m. over concerns about security as the sizable crowd grew raucous. Thousands of protesters cheered when the announcement was made, celebrating the fact they shut down Trump's rally.
Chants of "Bernie, Bernie" echoed through the arena.
Trump supporters countered with "USA, USA, USA."
