City Of Royal Oak Closes Municipal Buildings

From the City of Royal Oak:

City buildings, including City Hall, Department of Public Service, Animal Shelter, M/M Senior Center, Salter Center, Royal Oak Public Library, and Lindell Ice Arena, are closed to the public until further notice.

Staff will be in the buildings answering your calls, opening mail, processing applications and more.

Whether you need a birth certificate or building permit or a dog license -- whatever it is --please call us at 248-246-3200 if you need help. We are here for you.

The 44th District Court is open on a limited basis. Please go to https://www.romi.gov/307/44th-... for guidance.

In a statement issued on March 13, Mayor Michael Fournier asked for "cooperation from individuals, businesses, faith communities and healthcare organizations to keep our community safe and strong."
