Farbman Group Continues "C-Series" Professional Development Program

Managing Director of Valuation & Financial Operations Group Kevin Kernen, MAI to speak on the appraiser and the acquisition process

Southfield-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced today that it is continuing its professional networking and development program, titled the “Farbman C-series,” for C-level executives in metro Detroit on Wednesday, May 3 at the company’s Bingham Conference Center in Southfield. The session will feature speaker Detroit-based Stout Risius and Ross’ Kevin Kernen, managing director in the real estate practice within the Valuation & Financial Operations Group, who will share with attendees the commercial real estate valuation in the context of a property acquisition. Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group made the announcement.

Kernen is responsible for management of the real estate practice, client liaison, business development, and the internal systems and operations for the company. His concentration is in commercial real estate valuation and advisory services, where he has 18 years of national and international appraisal, review, and management experience.
