Genisys Credit Union Opens Royal Oak Branch

Genisys Credit Union, which provides services to anyone who lives or works in the Lower Peninsula, celebrated the opening of their newest location in Royal Oak, MI located at 530 N. Main Street, Royal Oak.

“We are very excited to open a new location that will serve our members in Royal Oak and the surrounding areas. We look forward to serving many new members from this community who will enjoy the personal service and state-of-the-art mobile and online convenience that Genisys provides,” said Jackie Buchanan, President and CEO.

The Royal Oak branch is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. For added convenience, the location features several amenities to enhance the member experience.

It includes three 24-hour full service ATM machines, the ability to instant-issue debit MasterCards, a shared branching kiosk for members of other credit unions in the shared branching network, and an in-lobby personal services for loans, new accounts, and transactions.

“The City of Royal Oak is very happy to welcome Genisys Credit Union into our city,” said Royal Oak Mayor Jim Ellison. “They have taken a once abandoned site with deteriorating buildings and transformed it into a beautiful, modern facility that will serve our residents very well. Genisys will also be continuing their commitment to the community by sponsoring local events in the Royal Oak area including serving as the Presenting Sponsor of the Royal Oak in Bloom event to be held on Mother’s Day 2015.
