In Brief: Cabrini Creams Shrine in Girls Basketball

Allen Park Cabrini crushed the girls basketball team Monday night, 53-33.

The game started with a 10-9 Shrine lead at the end of the first quarter, but the Cabrini High School girls answered strong. Cabrini ended the first half with a score of 22-15, with 18 of Cabrini’s points coming from the three-point shot.

Cabrini maintained the lead, ending the third quarter 39-24.

Shrine was never able to get back into the game, falling hard in the double-digit loss.
