Innovative Learning Group CEO Delivering Keynote at The 3rd China Performance Improvement Forum

Royal Oak-based Innovative Learning Group CEO Lisa Toenniges will be delivering the keynote address at The 3rd China Performance Improvement Forum being held in Beijing, Oct. 23 ‒ Oct. 25. The event is being hosted by the China Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). Toenniges is the current president of ISPI.

“I’m extremely excited to have the opportunity to travel to China and not only represent ISPI but also share a few client examples of how ILG has used technology to improve performance,” says Toenniges.

The forum’s theme — New Technology • New Change — emphasizes the impact of new technology on individual performance and how organizations should adapt. In her keynote, Learning Technologies: New Paradigms for Learning and Performance Support, Toenniges will describe ways to approach learning and performance support using new technologies, identify technology-based solutions to fulfill performance needs using standard performance improvement models, and explain how technology impacts learning and performance roles.
