A Detroit man was arrested after police said he fired multiple shots at a woman in Ferndale on New Year's Eve, according to police.
FERNDALE, MI — A Detroit man was arrested after police said he fired multiple shots at a woman in Ferndale on New Year's Eve, according to police.
Bryant Kamin Davis, 29, was charged with assault with intent to murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm. His bond was set at $250,000 and scheduled his next court appearance was scheduled for Thursday.
If convicted, he faces up to life in prison for the assault with intent to murder charge.

Police said Davis fired multiple shots at a woman as she drove by him in her SUV on the 200 block of Leroy near Woodward Avenue and Nine Mile Road at 2 a.m. on New Year's Eve.
The 27-year-old Oak Park woman was the only person in the SUV and was not injured in the shooting, police said.

After an investigation, Oakland County officials arrested Davis without incident on Jan. 4, police said.
