Another Flasher, and This One Followed Woman: Police
Royal Oak police have taken two reports in 10 days from women who say men approached their parked vehicles and exposed their genitals.

Royal Oak police are investigating a second complaint by a woman who said a man approached her parked vehicle, pulled down his pants and exposed his genitals.

The woman told police she was warming up her vehicle about 3:50 a.m. on Nov. 29 in the municipal parking lot at W. 11 Mile and S. Center when she was approached by the flasher.

She described the suspect as a white male in his 30s, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall with a heavy build and with short, brown, curly hair. He was driving an early 2000 white four-door sedan with silver pinstripes around the bumper and sides.

On Nov. 19, a man exposed himself to a woman as she backed from a parking space at West Fifth and South Lafayette about 11 p.m., police said. That suspect was reportedly a white male around 30 years old with a thin build.
