New Year, New You - One Habit at a Time

Studies have shown that most resolutions will be abandoned by the end of January. This is due, in part, because we don't set specific, measurable goals.
"Get in shape" is a great idea, but how are you going to get there? Instead, it is recommended that you change one habit at a time. Starting with "drink a glass of water with each meal" for example, is a reasonable and manageable goal.
To make a habit stick it takes 66 days, according to a University College of London study. So take small steps to make big gains. A year from now you will be glad you did.
