Federal officials said they found "sadistic and masochistic" abuse of young children on the man's iPhone.

MADISON HEIGHTS, MI — An Oakland County sex offender is going to prison after police found more than 600 images of child pornography on his phone.

Andrew Gregory, 36, from Madison Heights, was sentenced to more than 10 years in prison, federal officials said. He was already serving a five-year probation sentence after a previous conviction for distributing child sexually abusive material.

Gregory was caught sending the images of child pornography through the Kik instant messaging app by an undercover employee from the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department in Wisconsin, officials said.
