OCCMHA 2017 Annual Plan Survey for Oakland County Residents
If you live or work in Oakland County, please take time to complete this survey to let us know how we are doing.

Oakland County Community Mental Health Authority (OCCMHA) leads a provider service network that assists approximately 25,000 Oakland County citizens, as well as manages a $300 million dollar budget. This budget provides funding for more than 300 service sites.
People who receive public mental health services through the OCCMHA provider network include those who have an intellectual/developmental disability, adults with a mental illness, children with serious emotional disturbance, and persons with substance use disorders. The majority of these individuals have Medicaid insurance.
In 2015, OCCMHA wrote and published its three year Strategic Plan. Many hours were spent speaking to and collecting feedback from our constituents, colleagues and people that receive services. Our final product produced seven strategic priorities: Administration and Operations; Advocacy and Empowerment; Budget and Finance; Children, Youth and Families; Criminal Justice; Integrated Healthcare / Health and Wellness and Supports and Services.

Every year, with input from people we serve, an Annual Plan and Budget is written and approved by our Board of Directors. In September 2015, numerous Goals and Objectives were added to the Strategic Priorities giving us our Annual Plan.
We are once again asking that people who live or work in Oakland County to take the time to complete this survey. Let us know how we are doing, what we need to work on, and what we need to change. As always, our mission is to "Inspire hope, empower people, and strengthen communities."
