OCHN releases Request for Quotation for window washing services

Proposal Requirements: All Proposers shall submit a quote which contains offers for all items and options included in this solicitation. All information presented in the Proposer’s quote shall be considered during OCHN’s evaluation. Failure to submit the information required in this solicitation may result in the Proposer’s quote being deemed non-responsive. Proposers are also responsible for submitting quotes, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach OCHN’s office designated in this solicitation by the time and date specified in the solicitation. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received at the OCHN office designated in this solicitation after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is “late” and may not be considered at the discretion of the OCHN Manger of Contracts and Procurement. The Proposer’s quote shall include the following:

a. All solicitation Attachments.
b. A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate
compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product
literature or other documents, if necessary.
c. Lead time availability of the commodity / service.
d. Terms of warranty describing what and how the warranties will be serviced.
e. Special pricing instructions: Price and any discount terms or special requirements or
terms (Note: pricing must include guarantee firm fixed prices for items requested.)
f. Acknowledgement of solicitation amendments (if any).
g. Past performance information to included recent and relevant references for the same or
similar items and other references (including points of contact with telephone numbers,
email addresses, and other relevant information).
h. Special Note: The Proposer, by their response to this solicitation and accompanying
signatures, confirms that the terms and conditions associated with this solicitation
document have been agreed to and all of its attachments have been carefully read and
understood and all related questions answered.

To be eligible to submit a quotation, a completed Request for Quotation must be emailed to June Lewis, at lewisj@oaklandchn.org, by 4:00 p.m. EST, August 22, 2022.
