OCHN releases RFP for digital procurement

The Oakland Community Health Network, OCHN, is seeking competitive proposals from a

qualified and experienced software company for a SaaS solution for a procurement and contract
lifecycle management software solution and implementation services (Software Solution)
designed to meet applicable governmental regulations and requirements of OCHN that is Health
Insurance Portability and Accountably Act (HIPAA) compliant. The Proposer selected by
OCHN will have significant expertise in the areas necessary to meet the needs and requirements
set forth in this RFP, including, the ability to provide innovative solutions.

To be eligible to submit a proposal, a completed Confirmation of Interest Statement must
be emailed to Jen Hillier, Procurement Specialist, at hillierj@oaklandchn.org, for receipt by
3:00 PM EST, March 14, 2022.
