OCHN releases RFP for Population Health Management Software Tool.

OCHN is requesting proposals to provide a Software as a Service (SaaS)

Oakland Community Health Network is requesting proposals from qualified proposers to provide a Software as a Service (SaaS), hosted Health Insurance Portability and Accountably Act (HIPAA)-compliant, National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Healthcare Effective Data and Information Set (HEDIS)-certified Population Health Management Software Tool to support the analytics needs of the organization. The Proposer selected by OCHN will have significant expertise in the areas necessary to meet the needs and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP), including, the ability to provide innovative supportive solutions to OCHN in necessary to maintain its NCQA accreditation and improve health outcomes for individuals receiving services in Oakland County’s public mental health system. Through this RFP process, OCHN desires to enhance service efficiency and minimize costs and risk, while at the same time providing the Proposer with the incentive to successfully perform based upon pricing and operational parameters. OCHN intends to purchase services identified in this solicitation.

To be eligible to submit a proposal, a completed Confirmation of Interest Statement must be emailed to Jen Hillier, at hillierj@oaklandchn.org, for receipt by 3:00 PM EST, February 16, 2022.
