OCHN Releases RFQ for Irrigation Services

To be eligible, a completed Confirmation of Interest Statement must be included with Proposal.

• The Proposer must be able to furnish irrigation services by contract start date.
• The Proposer must have a minimum of Three years’ experience under the current company name.
• The Proposer must designate one contact person who will be responsible for the solicitation process and any resulting Contract with OCHN and who will be the liaison for OCHN contacts regarding irrigation services.
• Neither the Proposer, nor any of its employees or contractors engaged to provide irrigation services shall be excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid or any other Federal programs.
