OCHN releases RFQ for Landscaping Services

All quotes must be submitted on required form by 3/21/2022 to June Lewis at lewisj@oaklandchn.org.

OCHN invites Bidders to submit quotes in accordance with the terms and conditions of this
Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ provides the requirements for Landscaping and Grounds
Maintenance Services as described in the Scope of Work section of this RFQ and requests a
detailed response from all prospective Bidders, including pricing and service descriptions, in the
specified format. In lieu of a mandatory site visit, please view property when your schedule
allows. OCHN staff will not be available to entertain any questions directly, all questions are to
be submitted in writing by the date indicated below. Unit prices must be fixed and firm and must include shipping and delivery. Items are subject to review by OCHN. Vendor shall state list price, unit price, and total on each description. Please provide lead time. A completed W-9 is required with the quote submission. OCHN participates in the following purchasing cooperatives: MIDeal, MHEC, Omnia Partners, and NASPO.

To be eligible to submit a proposal, a completed Confirmation of Interest Statement must be emailed to June Lewis, at lewisj@oaklandchn.org, for receipt by 4:00 p.m. EST.
