OCHN releases RFQ for Moving Services

Oakland Community Health Network seeks to contract with a vendor for moving services for moving of furniture within its Resource and Crisis Center (RCC) location in Pontiac and additionally moving items from the RCC to its corporate location in Troy.

SPECIFICATIONS

Services may consist of, but are not limited to, moving furniture (bookcases, file cabinets, desks, etc.), cubicle partitions, boxes, computers, gym equipment, large (80”) televisions and other like items. Disassembly and reassembly of cubicle partitions and work surfaces will be included.

OCHN has the need for disposal of some furniture items. Please specify if this is a service you could provide.

DELIVERY, TIMELINES, SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Moving services will be during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; with advance notice moving services may start before 8:00 a.m. Weekend times could be scheduled if no additional cost
