OCHN releases RFQ for Snow Removal Services

The Oakland Community Health Network is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide snow removal and ice melting services, including all labor, materials, incidentals, information and means of work as described in Attachment C of the Request for quote (RFQ). OCHN invites Proposers to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for quote (RFQ). This RFQ provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for Snow Removal Services as described in the Scope of Work section of this RFQ and requests a detailed response from all prospective Proposers, including pricing and service descriptions, in the specified format. In lieu of a mandatory site visit, please view parking when your schedule allows. OCHN staff will not be available to entertain any questions directly, all questions are to be submitted in writing by October 11, 2021 to June Lewis at lewisj@oaklandchn.org
