Royal Oak Memorial Day Parade: Kids, Decorate and Ride Bikes
The parade is an annual tradition in Royal Oak paying tribute to past and present members of the military service.

ROYAL OAK, MI – Kids are being asked to decorate their bicycles and ride in the annual Royal Oak Memorial Day parade on Monday, May 30.
There’s no charge to participate in the parade, which starts at 8:30 a.m. on Memorial Day. Participants should line up in the parking lot at the northeast corner of Main Street and Interstate 696.
Everyone gets a dog tag for participation, and trophies for the best decorated boys’ and girls’ bicycles will be given at a ceremony prior to the parade lineup.
