What habit would you like to change or instill? Have you narrowed your choice to a manageable one? Do you have the patience to make a change?
Remember, it takes 66 days to create a habit. With 365 days in a year, that is more than five new habits in a year!
So take your major goal and break it into five parts
1) drink 8 oz. of water with each meal
2) walk briskly 10 minutes 5 days week
3) increase daily protein to 60 grams
4) increase sleep by one hour each night
5) use a specific relaxation technique to unwind at the end of the day
Tackle each part individually and one year from now you will have established five healthy patterns and reached your goal.
