Southfield Police Seek Information on Murder
A 20-year-old Eastpointe man was fatally shot at a Southfield home Saturday night, according to police.
SOUTHFIELD, MI — Laquwan Kwame Frazier, 20, of Eastpointe, was fatally shot in a Southfield home Saturday, police said Monday in a brief statement. Authorities received a 911 call about the shooting on the 29000 block of Fairfax about 11:50 p.m Saturday.
Little is known beyond the identity of the vicim and the location of the shooting. “At this time, witnesses are being interviewed and the incident is under investigation,” the Southfield Police Department said in the statement.
Southfield police have asked that anyone with information about the killing to call the department's detective bureau at (248) 796-5540.
