Wrong-Way Driver Caused Crash That Killed 3: Reports
I-75 has reopened near the I-94 interchange. One of two people injured is in "very critical condition," Michigan State Police tweeted.

(Updated) DETROIT, MI – Interstate 75 has reopened after a wrong-way driver caused a crash that killed three and injured three others, the Michigan State Police and Michigan Department of Transportation said in tweets Wednesday morning. The freeway was closed for several hours.
One of those injured is in "very critical condition," the MSP said in a Tweet. The status of the other person injured is unknown.
The crash occurred north of the I-75/I-94 interchange.

(Our earlier report.) The southbound lanes of Intestate 75 in Detroit are closed Wednesday morning as Michigan State Police continue to investigate a crash that killed at least three people. Traffic is being rerouted to Interstate 94.

75 south closed for crash investigation is expected to take hours. Traffic on 75 south can exit 94 E/W and 94 E/W CAN exit to 75 south.
