 Present an overview of the education and outreach materials for individuals with disabilities (beneficiary) and family members/friends.
 Prepare participants to use the HCBS education and outreach materials.
 Inform participants on how to access HCBS education materials and report outreach activities.
 Describe the next phase of data collection that will begin in Fall 2016.
