Singers ages 13 and above are invited to compete in the "Your Hometown Idol" Singing Talent Showcase at the Troy Family Daze Festival on Friday, Sept 13, 2013 at 7:00pm. The Festival is located at 3668 Livernois (between Big Beaver Rd and Wattles Rd.) On-site registration begins at 5:00 pm and show time is 7:00 pm. Contestants may use a karaoke-style CD ( no lead vocals), accompany themselves with one instrument (guitar, keyboard, uke) or sing a cappella. Registration fee is $20.
