5 GOP Presidential Contenders Confirm Mackinac Appearances

So far, Jeb Bush, John Kasich, Scott Walker, Ted Cruz and Carly Fiorina plan to speak at big Republican leadership conference.

Five Republican presidential contenders have confirmed they will attend the 31st Biennial Mackinac Republican Leadership Conference next month.

The annual gathering of Republican leadership, elected officials, business leaders and grassroots activists from Michigan and across the country takes place Sept. 18-20 at the world-famous Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island.

Candidates confirmed so far are former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina.
