
Mr. Paul Teboe, 5th Degree Black Belt and owner/head instructor of Saline ATA Martial Arts, became the 2011 American Taekwondo Association World Champion in Combat Weapon Sparring this past June in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Each season, martial artists from ATA compete regionally to gain points towards Top Ten status. Mr. Teboe has qualified for Top Ten many times over the years. For the 2011 season he earned Top Ten status in 4 events: Traditional Form, Traditional Weapon, Traditional Sparring and Combat Weapon Sparring. While competing with others in his division from all over the world in Little Rock, Mr. Teboe earned the top spot of World Champion in Combat Weapon Sparring.
Mr. Teboe started his martial arts training in 1993 with Senior Master Sandoval in Tecumseh, and remains his student today. In 2000, Mr. Teboe opened Saline ATA and had 3 students. Today, he has approximately 135 students training in martial arts as well as approximately 70 others enjoying working out in the ATA Fitness program.

Leading by example, in the 2010 season Mr. Teboe had 2 other students also qualify for Top Ten. This past June, which marked the close of the 2011 season, he had 4 students qualify for Top Ten.
Mr. Teboe is quick to thank his many supporters for his success, primarily his instructor Sr. Master Sandoval, parents and family.
