“The generosity of Washtenaw County community members in donating to The Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign is what keeps us providing services throughout the year,” said Maj. John Williams, Washtenaw County coordinator. “It’s that continued compassion for neighbors in need that will help us reach our 2012 fundraising goal.”

This past year, TSA-WC helped provide more than 32,200 meals, 21,900 nights of shelter and 7,500 Christmas gifts to individuals and families. TSA-WC volunteers logged more than 9,100 hours of service.
