Annual US-12 Yard Sale at the Rentschler Farm Museum

The Rentschler Farm Museum will be taking part in the US-12
Heritage Trail Sale once again! The US-12 Heritage Trail Sale runs 212 miles
between Wayne County and New Buffalo on the west side of the state.  The event, hosted by Saline Area Historical
Society, is an excellent fundraiser for Saline’s local museums. The yard sale
will have items ranging from books, to household items, linens, handcrafted
items, and much more. The Rentschler Farm Museum Gift Shop will be open with
items for sale, and there will be items from the farm’s salvage barn for sale
as well. The farmhouse will not be open for tours on this day, but all visitors
are welcome to enjoy the gardens and visit the animals on the farm.

The sale will be taking place Friday August 9 and Saturday
August 10 from 9am to 5pm at the Rentschler Farm Museum 1265 Michigan Avenue in
Saline. This is a great free event for that the whole family can enjoy!
